Since starting in 2005, PATT Foundation has planted over 3 million trees with the help of company partners and volunteers from around the world.
Trees are the key to tackling climate change and offsetting carbon emissions: woods and forests can capture as much as 400 tonnes of carbon per hectare. Not only can they absorb carbon from our atmosphere, but trees can also help keep our city temperatures down, reduce pollution, prevent flooding and create habitats for native wildlife.

After leaving the army, Cara found it difficult to get back into civilian life. With the support of PATT Foundation Cara gained new skills and experience and is now the coordinator at Green Task Force North West and the first female fully qualified arborist at GTF.
