What We Do

PATT's projects focus on three main things: Biodiversity, Carbon Storage, and Community Benefits. All of these lead to sustainable forestry. Biodiversity is essential for attracting wildlife which help disperse seeds, thereby promoting natural expansion of the forest. This in turn, provides much needed habitat for the animals we love. All carbon offset projects must also satisfy longevity requirements and will provide a way to lower our all-important "carbon footprint". Communities can also benefit financially as demonstrated in our village development program. In short, we need a planet to live on and forests are an important contributor to our air quality, water quality, food chain, and enjoyment. Read more about PATT's various projects below.
